The space has been designed to extend the services already offered by the EODB Unit by co-locating various government officials and private service providers in the building so that investors can consult with them by appointment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><strong><span class=\"s5\">The EODB Centre offers the following<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> services<\/span><span class=\"s5\">:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s6\">Advisory services<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">that <\/span><span class=\"s5\">supply<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">the detailed, in-depth knowledge across <\/span><span class=\"s5\">several<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">requirements (e.g., registration, licenses, permits,<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">inspections) that businesses need to successfully<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">start and maintain their operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s6\">Co-located <\/span><span class=\"s6\">s<\/span><span class=\"s6\">ervices<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">that provide a single location to access government services. The services are not integrated they are delivered by different people working for different government departments, agencies or ministries and using different systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s6\">Client-c<\/span><span class=\"s6\">entric <\/span><span class=\"s6\">s<\/span><span class=\"s6\">ervices<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">that <\/span><span class=\"s5\">offer<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> a<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"s5\">personalized service based on the investors business life cycle <\/span><span class=\"s5\">(business setup and continued operations).<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> The<\/span><span class=\"s5\">se <\/span><span class=\"s5\">services address all formalities required to<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">operate in <\/span><span class=\"s5\">the sectors we service<\/span><span class=\"s5\">,<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> which includes the oil and gas, maritime, energy, logistics and engineering industries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"s4\">Red Tape Reduction<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"s5\">The EODB Centre is synonymous with the term <\/span><span class=\"s5\">r<\/span><span class=\"s5\">ed <\/span><span class=\"s5\">t<\/span><span class=\"s5\">ape\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s5\">reduction<\/span><span class=\"s5\">.<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">This is because <\/span><span class=\"s5\">we make <\/span><span class=\"s5\">it easier for investors to do business<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">with us by<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> lessening <\/span><span class=\"s5\">bureaucracy<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> and<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> simplifying procedures and <\/span><span class=\"s5\">services<\/span><span class=\"s5\">.
